Wind operated intelligent ovenAdopting a large-diameter phoenix wheel circulation form, it has the characteristics of large circulating air volume and uniform heat circulation. It is suitable for industrial industries or products that require a large baking area or quantity, such as electroplating, electronics, alloy jewelry, plastic shaping, etc. Drying and dehydration are necessary. However, it is not suitable for items with strong volatility, flammability, and explosiveness to avoid explosions.
This air box is divided into two types: horizontal convection and vertical convection. For smaller studios, horizontal convection is used with the heating part located in the upper part, while for larger studios, vertical convection is used with the heating part located in the upper part. The motor is installed on the upper or rear part, and circulates heat to the working chamber by driving the wind turbine.

1. Installation requirements:
(1) Please place the air transport box indoors with good ventilation and no strong vibration;
(2) Please place the drying oven horizontally, with the back of the oven at least 10cm away from the wall where it is placed, to ensure sufficient heat dissipation of the air transport box and extend the service life of the product;
(3) Flammable and explosive materials should not be placed around the drying oven;
(4) The equipment power supply should ensure sufficient capacity and have a reliable grounding terminal to ensure safe use.
2. Usage method (steps):
(1) Before powering on, please ensure that the power switch is in the "off" position and check for any open circuit or leakage.
(2) Connect the power supply, unscrew the exhaust cover, turn on the electric heating switch, and turn on the blower.
3. Attention:
(1) When placing the box, please ensure that the box is effectively grounded to ensure safety. When powering on, do not touch the electrical parts with your hands or a damp cloth.
(2) This product is non explosion proof and is prone to volatilization, flammability, and explosion. Please do not put it in the box for heating to prevent explosion
Daily maintenance of equipment:
1. The bellows should be kept clean regularly and should not be wiped with corrosive chemical solutions to prevent chemical reactions.
2. If the air transport box is not used for a long time, neutral grease or Vaseline should be applied to the plated parts to prevent corrosion, and a plastic film dust cover should be placed inside the air transport box to prevent electrical appliances from being affected by moisture and affecting use.
